TMFB – Annex 3

Signature circular (original)
Chamber of Commerce activity certificate (issued within the last 6 months)
Trade Registry Gazette (latest publication showing the facility address)

Annex-3 Report

The Annex-3 report, prepared by authorized Dangerous Goods Safety Advisory Organizations (DGSAA), contains information aimed at establishing the facility’s dangerous goods profile. It is mandatory for initial DGAC applications, renewals, and in cases of changes in operational activities.
